ES15S Precision Case: The "Foam-Reuse" Edition

Let’s be honest: the original cardboard box doesn't do justice to such a piece of tech.

Concept in my mind: easy, fast, no fancy stuff, reuse.

• Design: designed for reuse the foam holders from the ES15S box.
• USB-C Charging Port: A dedicated circular cutout allows you to charge the screwdriver without removing it from the case.
• Closure: Features slots for four 5x5 mm cylindrical magnets (2 in the lid, 2 in the base).
• Easy Access: Side finger-notches make opening the case effortless.

• Compact Storage: The lid doubles as the bit holder, keeping everything organized in one place.

  
  Assembly Guide:

• 1. The Base (Screwdriver Holder)

• Insert the original foam holder into the printed base.
• Note: You might need to trim a tiny sliver of foam with a hobby knife to achieve a perfect, flush fit depending on your printer's calibration.
• Charging Port: To use the USB-C access, simply cut a circular hole in the top part of the foam corresponding to the hole in the printed case.

• 2. The Lid (Bit Holder)

• Take the original bit foam insert.
• Modification: Mirror the two "corner cuts" found on the main screwdriver foam onto the bit foam insert.
• Installation: Slide the modified foam into the lid. I recommend applying a thin layer of glue between the lid and the foam insert to ensure it stays securely in place when opening the case.

• 3. Magnets

• Press-fit (or glue) four 5x5 mm magnets into the designated holes.
• Pro Tip: Double-check the polarity before gluing!
