Custom Box and Insert

Ever wanted to add dividers to an existing box without having to print a completely new one? This simple, fully customizable insert slips into your box and instantly creates three separate storage bays for quick and easy organization. More variations are on the way!

Fully Parametric Design

The insert is fully customizable for width, depth, height, and wall thickness. Simply measure the outside dimensions of your box, enter them into the parameters, along with the wall thickness, and the insert is generated to fit.

The insert depth is automatically calculated as half of the Height parameter. If you're designing an insert for an existing box, simply multiply your desired tray depth by 2 and enter that value as the Height.

Example:

• Desired tray depth: 30 mm
• Height parameter: 60 mm

Designed for a Great Fit

The model automatically accounts for wall thickness and a face offset to provide a good fit inside the box. If your printer produces a slightly tight fit, simply reduce the dimensions by 0.2 mm and reprint.
