Why This Exists (The Origin Story)

This project was born from a simple but infuriating problem.

While reaching behind the docking-station to plug in a network cable, one careless fat-finger press hit the power button instead. Instantly—black screen. Shutdown. Work gone. Flow destroyed. Regret immediately.

And it didn’t happen just once.

So instead of changing habits, moving the station, or accepting fate, the obvious solution was engineered: remove the button from accidental human reach—but only when it wants to be.

Now the power button only responds when explicitly summoned. No more surprise shutdowns. No more betrayal.
