Recommended Print Settings

For the best results on your Bambu Lab printer (P1P, P1S, or X1C), I recommend the following:

• Material: PETG or ABS/ASA.
  • Note: PLA - heat and steam from cooking can soften the plastic over time.
• Infill: 20–40%
• Walls: 3–4 loops to ensure the shaft housing is solid.
• Layer Height: 0.12mm or 0.16mm for a smooth finish on the curved surfaces.
• Supports: Not required if printed “face down”

Installation Instructions

1. Pull the old knob straight off the hood's shaft.
2. Clear any debris or leftover plastic from the D-shaft.
3. Align the flat side of the 3D-printed knob's internal hole with the flat side of the shaft.
4. Press firmly until seated.
