Customisation Guide (OpenSCAD)

You can customise the following parameters in the MakerWorld Customizer or OpenSCAD:

Dimensions

• container_h: Inner height of the storage space.
• container_d: Inner diameter.
• wall: Wall thickness (Recommended > 2mm for best knurling).

Knurling

• knurl_size: Size of the diamond pattern (Default: 3mm). Smaller = finer texture, Larger = bolder look.
• knurl_depth: How deep the texture cuts (Default: 0.5mm).

Thread Tuning (Advanced)

• pitch: Thread coarseness (Default: 1.5mm).
• clearance: Gap between lid and body (Default: 0.35mm). Increase if the fit is too tight.

Printing Recommendations

• Material: PLA, PETG, or ASA/ABS.
• Layer Height: 0.2mm (or 0.16mm for finer threads).
• Infill: 15% - 20%.
• Walls: 3 perimeters recommended for strength.
• Supports: None required.
