This model is a universal adjustable telescopic wall hook, designed to hold various items by extending and locking its length.
The hook consists of sliding parts that allow you to adjust the working length depending on the object you want to hold. Once adjusted, the length is securely fixed using a tightening screw, which is also fully 3D printable.
I personally use two hooks together to hold a box of tissues, but the design works just as well for bags, packages, accessories, or other household items.
