This external spool protection is designed for the Bambu H2 series.
It helps protect your filament from dust, humidity, and accidental damage.

✔ Compatible with standard 1kg spools, Tested with Bambu Lab and Creality 1kg spools
✔ No modification required on the spool holder

The design includes extra clearance on the edges, which may allow compatibility with slightly larger or smaller spools.
However, only standard 1kg spools from Bambu Lab and Creality have been tested.

This filament spool protection for the Bambu H2 consists of three parts:

-  Base :  rests against the printer.  

-  Middle part :  snaps onto the base.  
 Before installation, remove the filament and detach the small clip on the spool holder.  
 The base and middle part can stay assembled during installation.

-  Lid :  designed for frequent removal.
 One of the clips on the lid is slightly longer to make it easy to grip and open.

The holes on the sides of the spool holder can be used, if needed, to keep the parts securely together by inserting a small 3D-printed cylinder.  
I didn’t need to use them, but the files for these cylinders are included in case anyone wants to use them.
