Controller & Headset Stand with hidden lock (No-Glue)

This is my first model.

I designed this stand to hold 4 controllers and a headset at the same time, so they’re not lying around and taking up space.

The locking mechanism is visible from only one side, making the stand looks cleaner.

Info:

• I printed it with Sunlu PLA Meta filament using Generic PLA settings. 
• The stand is split into two pieces.
• Supports are required for the main part, but they are minimal and barely visible after printing but I still turn them on just to be save.
• Aware: The base needs more supports. Removing them from the tight base joint can be a bit tricky. I used a thin screwdriver and needle-nose pliers, and it took a few minutes to clean it out.
• The joint tolerance is intentionally very tight. This makes the stand feel like a single solid piece once assembled. I tested it with two controllers on only one side, and the stand remained stable.

Printing

• I printed the base with 40% infill and 5 walls to add extra weight and improve stability.
• Aware: A 0.15 mm clearance has already been included in the base locking hole during the design stage. I added 0.05 mm XY compensation in BambuStudio and printed it, but the fit was very tight, so I increased it to 0.1 mm. The 0.1 mm XY compensation is already included in the .3mf file but you prefer it tighter, change it back to 0.05 mm.
