This is a custom-designed Flight Data Recorder (Black Box) model, created for educational, display, and aviation-related projects.

The model is designed to be:

• Modular and easy to print
• Suitable for students and aviation enthusiasts
• Ideal as a desk display, teaching aid, or project prop

Features

• Multi-part design for easier printing and assembly
• Clean geometry optimized for FDM printers
• Can be printed in single or multi-color
• Scalable to different sizes
• Cut / separated print files included for easier printing

Assembly

• Some small parts require glue (e.g., super glue or B7000) for bonding
• Light sanding may help for better fit and finish

Recommended Print Settings

• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 15–20%
• Supports: Only if needed (depending on orientation)
• Material: PLA or PETG
