🛠️ Universal Filament-Hinge (A1 Mini İçin Optimize Edildi)

Açıklama: Bu çok yönlü menteşeyi, ister vidalarla istersen de basit 3D baskı pimleriyle kullanabilmen için tasarladım. Elindeki mevcut PLA filament bu iş için mükemmel sonuç verecektir. İki parçayı birleştirmek için; elindeki filamentten küçük bir parça kes, delikten geçir ve uçlarını (çakmak veya havya ile) hafifçe ısıtarak şişir. Böylece delikten çıkmayacak hale gelir ve oldukça akıcı, güvenilir bir menteşe elde edersin.

Kendi özel ihtiyaçlarına göre dolgu (infill) ve duvar sayısını (wall count) ayarlamaktan çekinme. Ben bu tasarımı başka bir projemde kullandım ve toplulukla da paylaşmak istedim. Vida delikleri 1.7 mm genişliğindedir; bu ölçekte standart M3 vidalarla uyumlu çalışmaktadır.

🛠️ Universal Filament-Hinge (A1 Mini Optimized)

Description: I designed this versatile hinge so you can use it either with screws or simple 3D-printed pins. Your existing PLA will work perfectly for this. To assemble the two parts, just cut a small piece of filament, slide it through, and slightly heat the ends to flare them out—making them larger than the hole. This creates a very smooth and reliable hinge.

Feel free to adjust the infill and wall count to suit your specific needs. I used this in one of my other projects and wanted to share it with the community. The screw holes are 1.7 mm wide, making them compatible with standard M3 screws at this scale.
