This clock is approximately 225mm in diameter by 24mm thick.

I printed this on my H2S.  The clock would fit on a 256x256 build plate BUT because I used 9 colors the purge tower will not fit on the plate.

I also used 9 colors when I printed this. You might be able to double up on some of the colors to get the number of colors down. When I made this for my co-worker I wasn't thinking of uploading it here at the time.
 

Almost any clock mechanism should work as long as the threaded shaft is 8-10mm long at a minimum and less then 60mm square. I purchase my clock mechanisms on AliExpress (Or I did until the tariffs). You can also find them on Amazon.
