Gridfinity Bin for Rugged TS101 Case & Threaded Insert Tips

This Gridfinity bin is designed to securely hold the Rugged TS101 soldering iron case while also providing integrated storage for threaded insert tip accessories.

I created this model because I couldn’t find a Gridfinity bin that fit the TS101 case the way I wanted, and I didn’t want a separate, dedicated bin just for the insert tips.

Printing Options (AMS & No AMS)

This model does not require an AMS to print.

The provided .3MF file includes different print plates so you can choose the option that best fits your setup and preferences:

• Standard
  Default fit with 0.2 mm clearance for the threaded insert tips.
• Standard, No AMS
  Same fit as the standard version, but designed for single-color printing without an AMS.
  This version includes a separate bottom cutout that provides a clear silhouette of the TS101 case, making it easy to see exactly where the case belongs.
• More Clearance
  Increased 0.3 mm clearance for the threaded insert tips, useful if your printer runs slightly tight or for easier insertion and removal.
• More Clearance, No AMS
  Combines the increased 0.3 mm tip clearance with the No AMS design and separate bottom silhouette cutout.

The result is a clean, all-in-one organizer that keeps the TS101 case and commonly used threaded insert tips neatly stored together, ideal for an efficient and organized workspace.
