Key settings for each part:

Top - spiral vase mode on / bottom shell layers = 16 / Variable layer height = adaptive set to 0.05

Base - 0.16mm optimal print profile / supports on = normal auto supports / support painting = negative painting on underside to remove supports in this area / painted seam to back to avoid being visible.
