This case fits the Flipper Zero perfectly and still allows you to use your favorite Flipper Zero features. It has cutouts for the IR transceiver, SD card, and USB-C charger. Even without the cutout the IR still worked great, all radio tools like NFC/RFID still work through the case.

To assemble the hinge, insert a piece of unextruded filament and cut to size. If the hinge is too loose, add a strand or two of extruded filament then the unextruded filament to get it nice and tight.

I used ASA (PLA would have been better), 15-25% infill and 2-4 layers on the walls, top, and bottom. Up to your preference.
