Luggage Wheel Replacement

I made a two-part roller wheel replacement. due to my frequent travel putting a strain on my luggage. The bag itself is fine, but the wheels were the first to go. Without this i would've likely gotten rid of my roller bag. I waited a while to test this before i posted it to be sure it works. The white printed wheel i have in the photos have been on my luggage for 3+ years and is holding up fairly well.

Print two of the same part and put the dovetails together to complete the replacement.

WARNING. Depending on the tolerances of your machine you will likely not be able to get these apart easily if at all. So do not do a dry run without knowing this. If they do go together easily, add a bit of super glue to ensure they stay together. (In mose cases, this should not be needed, but will not hurt anything if you do. You may also need additional help getting the two halves together, a vice or manual wood clamp work best. (see pic)
