I created this model to generate Bridge risers for ABR-1 style Tune-O-matic bridges.

I'm repairing an old +50 year old guitar and the original ‘D’ string nylon riser was broken. This model is generated using the original measurements. From what I can tell all six risers are essentially the same size. Height governed by the Bridge piece, and the only the difference is in the string slot.

This particular piece has a slot for a 0.024" ‘D’ string - what you would find on a standard set of 9's.

As I'm trying to keep as much of the original pieces I'm not replacing the other somewhat warn risers at this time. However, I parameterized the openSCAD code that generates the model and included it here. Use the generator to create specific string slots.

for a set of 9's the standard string gauges are;

low E 1.0mm

       A 0.8mm

       D 0.6mm

       G 0.4mm

       B 0.3mm

       e 0.2mm

There are other parameters in the generator so if you wanted to adjust these go for it :)
