The packer functions as:

• a standard shim / packer with centre openings for fixing
• a plastic scraper for delicate surfaces
• a utility blade holder (secured with two screws)
• a quick reference spacer with size increments for rough offsets

Designed to be practical rather than pretty, this is the kind of print you’ll reach for regularly in a workshop or maker space.

Print Settings

• Material: PLA
• Infill: 20%
• Supports: None
• Layer Height: Standard (0.2 mm works well)
• Perimeters: 3 recommended for strength

Prints flat on the bed with no special requirements.

Notes

• Any standard utility blade can be fitted using two small screws
• Multiple sizes can be printed and stored together for quick access
• Perfect for end-of-roll filament or low-filament test prints

If you find this useful, consider printing a full set in different thicknesses — they take very little time and filament but get used constantly.
