Inserts for the top lid section for the Kobalt Mini Toolbox. These inserts are divided into either two or three pieces, depending on the number of organizing slots needed and should complement the drawer inserts that are found around Maker World. Options:

• 2, 4, 8 slots with two printed inserts each
• 3, 6 slots with three printed inserts each
• 2 long x 1 narrow slot design with two printed inserts

Print details:

• 2 walls
• 0.2mm layer thickness
• 15% infill (Gyroid)
• Outside Brim (to avoid warping - optional)
• 0.4mm nozzle

NOTE: These are designed for a snug fit and have been tested on four different Kobalt minis. If you find that they are just a bit too tight, you may have to reduce in size ever so slightly. However, we found that it is possible to get these into position with some technique:

• For two-piece inserts, place one in (with the narrowest edge towards the middle of the tray), slide it all the way over as far as it will go and then align the second piece so only the back edge corners are contacting the first piece and the edge of the toolbox. It should be a little snug. Then gently slide the piece into place.
• For three-piece inserts, place the left and right pieces first, pushing them to the edges of the toolbox as far as they will go, then gently inserting the middle piece between them. Again, they should be snug when they are aligned correctly.
