There's a rounded cable wall mount to roll and suspend your cables or wires on.
It's a larger version of my Optical Fiber 90 deg Wall Guide which i ended up using as such but couldn't hold multiple cable passes.
I made it deeper and with a larger lip so that the cabling wouldn't fall out.
It has a nice 90 degrees curves to avoid stressing cable and optical fibre.
Use a small #6 tapered screw to fix it to the wall.
