Bambu Lab A1 Toolhead Cable Guide (Anti-Snag & Flexible)

**Description**

I noticed an issue with my Bambu Lab A1 where the toolhead cable would occasionally fall behind the Z-axis frame during printing. This can lead to snags, print failures, or even damage to the cable/connector.

I made this for myself in Fusion 360 to keep the cable securely in place.** It ensures the cable maintains a proper bend radius and stays exactly where it should. It works perfectly on my printer, so I’m happy to share it with the community!

**Design & Installation**

Three-part design:   The model consists of three parts for easy printing and assembly.
No supports: The geometry is optimized to print cleanly without any support material.
Easy setup: It simply snaps onto the cable and the printer's existing components—no screws or disassembly required.

**Print Settings**

-Material:** PETG (recommended for flexibility).
-Supports:** No supports needed.
-Layer Height:** 0.2 mm.
-Infill:** 15-20%.
