UPDATE

After receiving my Hardened Steel (HS) U1 nozzle kit, I found the HS nozzles needed a bit more clearance around the retention pins. New print profile  includes a small adjustment to ensure a proper fit.

Features

• No screws
• No metal pins
• Uses standard 1.75 mm filament as:
  • Hinge pin
  • Locking pin
• Snap-close lid that stays securely shut during storage
• Custom-fit cavities for Snapmaker U1 nozzles
• Lids embossed with size labels: 0.2 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm (all available as separate plates in the profile)

Assembly

1. Use 1.75 mm filament and push it through the provided hinge holders to create the hinge

2. 

   Install the latch wheels using raw filament as pins.

3. Attach the latch to the lid, again using raw filament.
4. Trim any excess filament flush.

Optional TPU Seal

• You can add a seal using TPU filament.
