Button Pattern Weights - For Sewing and Paper Weights! 

Each button contains one large washer that give it the weight it needs to function, the washer is 50mm in diameter, with an inner diameter of 12mm and a thickness of 5mm. These washers are to be inserted during a pause in the print at 6mm, right after the printer will immediately print ontop of the washers to enclose it inside for an enclosed print. 

This print only uses 8.9g of filament, so its great for any scrap filament busting! 

Final weight with the washer is around 76g, with the final diameter of print being 55.6mm x 55.6mm x 7.6mm.

!!WASHERS MUST BE HEATED WHEN ADDED!!

If washers are entered into the print cold, this will cause adhesion issues with the filament you are using, i would recommend heating them on the bed for a minute or so before inserting them- while being careful to not allow them to slide around and damage your bed! Alternatively you can put them in and then hit them with a heatgun until they warm up. Doing so should negate any adhesion issues! 

You can also apply a layer of glue to the top of the washer for extra support to the adhesion- results can vary depending on the temperature of your washer. I found success with and without glue. 

Print is optimised for PLA- I used Elegoo Matte Pink PLA for mine. Have not tested with any other materials, feel free to let me know if you do and if it works :)
