This reusable zip tie is 3D printed in TPU. 

This Multiflex design is a heavier-duty evolution of Crazyburnout’s original system, with several refinements that make it function more like a true stand-alone zip tie. It’s available in multiple lengths from 6-12in (16-31cm) for a variety of uses.

Features:

• 2.5 mm thickness reduces distortion and stretching, allowing for a tighter, more secure grip while remaining flexible
• Twist-lock design lets you insert either end through any section and twist to tighten securely
• End tabs make insertion easier & allow for better grip when tightening
• Heavier-duty construction compared to the original design for increased strength and durability

Print Profiles

There are several print profiles, choose the one that fits your needs. All are created for printing in TPU (without AMS) for an A1 print bed. 

• “All sizes” – includes single print plates for all of the sizes + a plate with one of each
• Other print profiles are organized length and give you the option to print multiples of that length
  • 6in/18cm - 1, 5, 10 & 20x
  • 8in/21cm - 1, 5, 10 & 20x
  • 10in/25cm - 1, 5, 10 & 20x
  • 11in/28cm - 1, 3, 5 & 7x
  • 12in/31cm - 1, 2, 3 & 4x
