🔩 3D‑Printed Replacement Zipper Pull
I made a simple replacement zipper pull for situations where the original tab has snapped off but the zipper slider itself is still perfectly functional.
To make sure it’s strong enough for real‑world use, the design incorporates a standard 33 mm paperclip on the inside. After shaping and trimming the paperclip, it slips into the printed part and acts as a rigid core so the pull doesn’t flex or break during normal use.
🛠️ Assembly Notes
The design is press‑fit, so you can assemble it without any tools beyond something to cut the paperclip.
I recommend adding a small drop of glue to the joint when pressing it together—just enough to keep the pull locked in place over long‑term use, especially on jackets and bags that get tugged a lot.
🔤 Adding Your Own Text or Logo
If you want personalization, you can add your own text or logo in your slicer using a negative object (or a modifier mesh) to emboss or deboss whatever design you like. I could not add this in the print profile as Bambu Studio does not support editable text as a modifier. Other slicers are available.
