2/6/2024 Update

I discovered that 3mf file had a number of designs missing, this has been corrected in version 2.  Plate 10 has a dedicated tile for mounting the loops.

This is a remix of a design I posted on Thingiverse in 2022 → Gravihoop by m_p_cameron - Thingiverse. I received some great feedback and finally I've revisited the design to make use of A1 Mini and the Bambu Slicer.

Originally, I wanted to jump marbles through hoops after seeing something similar in a different brand of marble track.

This loop plugs into the Gravitrax Hammer base and can be used on 'infinity' tracks where the marbles loop around via a marble lift or as shown in the video a ferris wheel.

Be careful not to press the legs all the way into the hammer tile. It's much easier to remove later. If you have gently push them out from the the reverse side of the tile.

There are five different variations in the 3MF file.

V1 is a simplified of my original design.

V2 adds a bulls-eye in the middle - which makes for interesting deflections if the marble hits it.

V3 moves the bulls-eye around 45' for a different orientation.

V4 and V5 have the inserts removed so you can print them separately in a difference colour. I've chosen white and green. The loops have grooves to hold the inserts. They should be a tight fit, if not add a couple of drops of super glue.
