Perfect for creating large bins that exceed your printer's build area. The generator cuts a single large bin into printable pieces that fit together seamlessly.

Features

- Auto-Tiling: Bins too large for your build plate are automatically split into multiple pieces

- Smart Splitting: Cuts the actual bin geometry (not separate smaller bins) so pieces fit together perfectly

- Customizable Build Plate: Set your printer's build plate dimensions (default 256x256mm for Bambu P1S/X1C)

- Full Gridfinity Spec: Proper base profile, stacking lip, magnet/screw holes

- Compartments: Configurable dividers in X and Y directions

- All the Options: Scoop, tab styles, lip styles, base hole patterns

Parameters

- Grid Size: 1-20 units in X and Y directions

- Height: 1-20 height units (1U = 7mm)

- Compartments: Dividers and tab styles

- Base: None, Magnet, Magnet+Screw, or Magnet+Screw+Slit holes

- Lip: Regular, Remove lip, or Remove lip keep height

- Build Plate: Customize for your printer

How It Works

1. Set your desired bin size (e.g., 9x2)

2. If it fits on your build plate → single plate output

3. If too large → automatically generates multiple plates with cut pieces

4. Print all plates and assemble into your oversized bin!

Example

A 9x2 bin on a 256mm build plate:

- Plate 1: Left 5 units of the bin

- Plate 2: Right 4 units of the bin

- Combined: Full 9x2 bin!
