SnapStack CargoDock (Bambu Box Footprint) | Stackable Storage Box (Standard + TPU Gasket Seal Variants)

The box you’ll reach for every day (my wife called it “the one that actually cleans the desk”… I’ll take it). 😄

CargoDock is a general-purpose storage box designed around the Bambu filament box footprint, so it fits into most Bambu-style shelving and rack systems. It’s stackable, label-friendly, and made for all the bits that don’t deserve to live in random shipping cartons forever.

Use cases (one-liner): card blanks, playing card decks, 9×5 acrylic offcuts, glues/adhesives, plastic bricks spares, hardware, and all the “I’ll need this later” bits.

Two variants (choose your flavour)

🔹 Standard (No Gasket)
Clean fit, quick access, perfect for everyday shelf storage.

🔹 Seal Variant (TPU Gasket)
Adds a TPU gasket for a tighter close that helps reduce dust ingress and improves protection against ambient humidity.
It’s as good as the DryDock seal, just without the silica bead internals.

✅ Design note: The non-gasket base is slightly taller to compensate for the gasket thickness, so both variants end up the same overall height when closed.

How to use

Choose your path:

• Standard profile: base + lid + 3 latches
• Seal profile: base + lid + 3 latches + TPU gasket

Print your parts, clip the latches on, load your gear, snap it shut, and stack it into your shelf system like a responsible adult (or at least a convincing impersonation of one).

Print notes

✅ Tested approach: PLA / PETG for base + lid, TPU for gasket
🧪 TPU gasket tip: 90A–95A is the sweet spot (prints clean, seals nicely)
🧱 Suggested starting settings: 0.2 mm layers, 3+ walls, 15–25% infill (tweak as you like)
🧰 No supports expected for most setups (depends on your printer and your tolerance for tiny overhang drama)

Stacking / shelf fit note

Designed to live on a shelf system and stack confidently. If your rack is an ultra-tight “perfect press-fit” design, allow a little clearance around latch/hinge areas (same story as the DryDock family).
