This is a 3D printable model of the International Space Station (ISS) based on its realistic 2011 configuration. The design balances accuracy with ease of printing by keeping the part count low and optimizing assembly. The model includes a display stand and multiple Soyuz spacecraft for a complete and visually engaging presentation, perfect for display or educational purposes.
I spent over 7 months developing this model, consulting official NASA sources to ensure accuracy and faithful representation of the station. A multicolor version of the model is also available for those who want an enhanced visual and display experience. the scale is closer to 1:300. You need to sand a little bit some parts to make them fit and you need to cut the Soyuz solar panels in two and insert them into the service module of the Soyuz
The International Space Station (ISS) is a large modular space laboratory orbiting Earth in low Earth orbit. It was assembled from 1998 onwards as a collaboration between NASA, Roscosmos, ESA, JAXA, and the Canadian Space Agency, and has been continuously inhabited since November 2000. The ISS serves as a unique microgravity research platform for scientific experiments across many fields while symbolizing international cooperation in space exploration.
I also designed visiting vehicles compatible with this model. Here is the link :
