Have you already collected any  Nuka merch there is in the Capital Wasteland? Time for an upgrade? Here, have this Nuka-Cola Spacebar for your mechanical keyboard!
 

This is a printable Nuka-Cola spacebar keycap for mechanical keyboards. It fits Cherry stems and has a OEM profile. I successfully tested it with keyboards from Ducky, Keychron and Epomaker.

I recommend using a 0.2mm Nozzle to get all the fine details. To avoid waste it is best to print this keycap with a H2D or H2C. Any other Bambu printer can print this model, but the waste and print time will be huge!

H2D: 4h 21min -  10g waste

A1 mini: 17h 41min - 83g waste

Print preparation:
It is essential that your print bed is clean and grease-free. Really - take care of your print bed. Printing low layer heights with a 0.2mm nozzle is challenging! Use glue if necessary and use a quality brand filament.

Print settings:

Start with the 0.08mm High Quality settings. Reduce the speed for outer walls to 60mm/s, use four walls, eight tops, eight bottoms and 10% gyroid infill. The line width for the initial layer must be 0.22 mm to optimise the resolution of the bottom. The line width for outer walls should be set to 0.2mm. Using only one wall on the first layer is recommended and Arachne as wall generator is best for quality.

Finishing (optional):

After printing you can wet sand the top surface to get a smooth finish. Use 180 grit sand paper (or finer) and lots of water.
