🇬🇧 Modular Filament Spool Stand (22 mm Wooden Rods)

A modular, free-standing filament spool stand designed for standard 1 kg filament spools, offering maximum flexibility and easy expansion.
The system combines 3D-printed side parts, optional middle supports, and clip-on feet with 22 mm wooden rods from any hardware store.

The overall length – and therefore the number of spools – is entirely up to you. Simply use longer rods to expand the stand at any time.

🔧 Assembly

• Uses 22 mm diameter wooden rods
• All parts are designed as press-fit connections
• Light sanding may help if the fit is tight
• Rods can optionally be secured with hot glue or super glue
• Middle support recommended for setups wider than ~50 cm
• Feet simply plug on (optional glue)

🖨️ Printing

• Tested with Bambu Lab PLA and Bambu Lab PETG HF
• Two print profiles included (PLA / PETG HF)
• No supports required
• Suggested orientation provided in the profile

📦 Usage

• Free-standing design
• Suitable for desks, shelves, or workbenches
• Designed for standard 1 kg filament spools
• Capacity depends entirely on rod length

Ein modulares, freistehendes Filamentrollen-Regal für handelsübliche 1-kg-Filamentrollen, das sich flexibel an deine Bedürfnisse anpassen lässt.
Das System kombiniert 3D-gedruckte Seitenteile, optionale Mittelteile und aufsteckbare Füße mit 22-mm-Rundhölzern aus dem Baumarkt.

Die Länge des Regals – und damit die Anzahl der Filamentrollen – ist vollständig frei wählbar. Durch längere Rundhölzer kann das System jederzeit erweitert werden.

🔧 Montage

• Rundhölzer mit 22 mm Durchmesser verwenden
• Alle Teile sind als Steckverbindung ausgelegt
• Falls der Sitz zu stramm ist, die Enden der Rundhölzer leicht anschleifen
• Optional mit Heißkleber oder Sekundenkleber fixierbar
• Mittelteil empfohlen für Aufbauten über ca. 50 cm
• Füße werden einfach aufgesteckt (optional verklebbar)
