Descrição
This is a case for a Raspberry Pi Zero or Zero 2w that can hold a v1, v2 or v3 Raspberry Pi camera but still allows access to the headers and all the ports. I designed my own because I like to experiment with the camera as well as the I/O capabilities of the Raspberry Pi Zeo 2w, but I couldn't find something like this anywhere. The cable length I used was 1.5" (38mm). Please like and give a 5-star review!
Assembly:
To put together, just attach the cable to the Raspberry Pi and camera, snap in the Raspberry Pi and camera, put one end of the top part on the bottom part and carefully clip in the other end.
Print Settings:
Needs no support, print in orientation provided.
Printer: Flashforge Adventurer 5m
Nozzle: 0.4mm
Material: PETG
Print Speed: Up to 150mm/s for solid infill, but 70mm/s for outer wall. Also, I set small perimeter threshold to 2mm and small perimeters speed to 10mm/s so the clips would print slower
Layer Height: 0.2mm, but I used variable layer height for the clips, down to 0.1mm
Line Width: 0.4 - 0.45, but I used 0.5 on the first layer
Wall Generator: Arachne
Infill: All solid infill
Wall loops: 2
Support: No
Elephant Foot Compensation: No
My filament shrinkage was also set to 99%, but if yours is tuned correctly it should be fine.
Feel free to change these settings however you want, of course!
Hope it works for you!
