This is a silicone/caulk nozzle v2, improved for real-world use.
✅ Reinforced thread (v1 could snap — v2 is stronger)
✅ Pre-cut angled tip — ready to use right away (no trimming needed)
What’s improved in v2
- Reinforced thread: the first version could snap at the thread area under stress. In v2 the thread section is strengthened to handle normal tightening and regular use much better.
- Pre-cut angled tip: the nozzle comes with a ready-made cut, so you can start applying sealant immediately—no trimming required for a clean, controlled bead.

- More reliable fit thanks to the stronger threaded area
- Cleaner application with the angled outlet
- Fast to use — print it, screw it on, and go
Notes / tips
- If you want a wider bead, you can still cut the tip a bit more to your preferred opening size.
- Different silicone tubes/brands can have slightly different tolerances. If your fit is too tight/loose, message me and I can prepare an adjusted variant.
