Customization Guide (Parameters)

You can adjust the following parameters to generate your perfect box:

• Box Dimensions:
  • Width, Length, Height: Set the outer boundaries of the box to fit your specific power strip or space.
• Cable Slots (Cable Management):
  • Slot Locations: Configure slots for Left, Right, and Back independently.
  • IMPORTANT - How to close a slot: To deactivate a specific cable slot (make the wall solid), set the extrusion/size value for that slot to 0.001mm. The slicer will ignore this micro-gap, resulting in a solid wall.
• Structural Settings:
  • Box Wall Thickness: Increase for heavy-duty use (e.g., in a garage) or decrease for faster printing.
  • Lid Thickness: Adjust rigidity of the cover.
• Tolerances & Finish:
  • Lid Clearance: Defines the tolerance between the box and the lid. Increase this value if your printer has over-extrusion issues.
  • Box/Lid Smoothness: Controls the radius/chamfer of the corners for a modern, soft look or a sharp industrial edge.
  • Box and Lid Gap: Adjusts the distance between the box and the lid on the print bed (layout settings).

Anleitung zur Anpassung (Parameter)

Du kannst die folgenden Parameter anpassen, um deine perfekte Box zu erstellen:

• Box-Dimensionen:
  • Breite, Länge, Höhe: Definiere die Außenmaße der Box passend zu deiner Steckdosenleiste oder dem verfügbaren Platz.
• Kabel-Auslässe (Slots):
  • Positionen: Konfiguriere Auslässe für Links, Rechts und Hinten unabhängig voneinander.
  • WICHTIG - Auslass deaktivieren: Um einen Kabel-Auslass komplett zu schließen (solide Wand), setze den Extrusions-Wert für diesen Slot auf 0,001mm. Der Slicer ignoriert diesen Mikro-Spalt, wodurch die Wand geschlossen gedruckt wird.
• Strukturelle Einstellungen:
  • Wandstärke: Erhöhe den Wert für robusten Einsatz (z. B. Garage) oder verringere ihn für schnelleren Druck.
  • Deckel-Dicke: Bestimmt die Steifigkeit der Abdeckung.
• Toleranzen & Finish:
  • Deckel-Spiel (Clearance): Definiert die Toleranz zwischen Box und Deckel. Erhöhe diesen Wert, falls dein Drucker zu Überextrusion neigt.
  • Glätte (Smoothness): Steuert den Radius/die Abrundung der Ecken für einen modernen, weichen Look oder ein kantiges Design.
  • Abstand auf Druckbett: Reguliert den Abstand zwischen Box und Deckel auf der Druckplatte für die Platzierung.
