Just bought your new DJI NEO 2 drone and want to take it with you on your adventures but are worried about damaging it by putting it in your backpack? Here it is!
The best reinforced case for storing it during your hikes in the mountains or at the beach, without the risk of damage or rain. The case is designed to store it with minimal play, even with the transmitter installed (not pictured, but I guarantee it won't present any problems). A molded TPU gasket has been designed to fit the main case only by pressing it together, minimizing any impacts the entire case may suffer during transport.
Furthermore, inside the lid, there are four threaded compartments that can hold spare propellers and their mounting screws, or, using the mesh lids, store silica gel bags to ensure the drone doesn't absorb moisture. Of course I didn't forget the screwdriver, which can also be stored inside the cap using a handy clip.
And as you can see from the photos, you can use the same closed case as a landing pad, should you find yourself in areas that don't allow for a smooth takeoff for your drone. The main print profiles are generated for printing in ABS and TPU, but I also provide print profiles in PLA, with increased infill to provide greater strength.
The closing cap has been designed with a minimum gap, which allows it to be closed and remain locked without problems, but if you prefer I have also provided 8 slots to install 6mm magnets to provide greater coupling and solidity.
If you're interested in the ABS version, print profiles 1, 2, 3, and 4. For PLA, you need to print profiles 5, 6, 7, and 3. If you don't have AMS and want to print the lid without the landing pad, replace profiles 2 or 6 with print profile 8.
