Recommended Print Settings (FDM)

• Material: PLA works great, PETG if you want more flexibility and durability
• Layer height: 0.20 mm (0.16 mm for an even nicer finish)
• Walls: 2–3
• Infill: 15–25% (or solid if you want maximum stiffness)
• Supports: No
• Orientation: Flat on the build plate

Tips

• If it feels too stiff: try PETG or scale the model up by 2–5%
• If it feels too loose: scale down by 1–3% or increase wall count/top/bottom layers
• For best “spring” behavior: avoid printing PLA too hot (helps keep the clip from getting soft)
