I really liked antonio's model and adjusted it to my needs in the following ways:

• width of both skies together 19mm
• adjusted to existing velcro width of 25mm (my skis shipped with those)
• extended radius of pole clamps for even tighter grip
• added angle of 2° to face touching the side of skis (allowing poles to just pass the ski binding); the small dot on the top surface indicates the top
• added chamfers between surface's touching the side and top of the skis for a more accurate fit
• used ASA instead of TPU, since the latter was to squishy for holding the poles

Will add pictures with the poles attached to the skis…
