A plain, configurable plate for the HomeRacker 15 mm grid system.
Size, edge holes, corner cut-outs, fan grills, and split-printing are all set in the Customizer. No hardware beyond 4 mm dowels (lock pins) or printer filament is required.
Print one solid panel or slice it into inter-locking pieces if your bed is smaller than the plate.

Features

• Adjustable Size: Width and height in 15 mm HomeRacker grid units (2–25 units each).
• Variable Thickness: Plate thickness from 1 mm to 5 mm.
• Edge Holes: Left / right / top / bottom edge holes that follow the HomeRacker 4 mm lock-pin pattern.
• Hole Skip Intervals: Set per-edge skip intervals (e.g., enable every 2nd or 3rd hole).
• Middle Hole Lanes: Configure up to 5 vertical and 5 horizontal lanes of holes in the middle of the plate, each with independent position and skip settings.
• Corner Cut-outs: Optional L-shaped cut-outs at each corner (toggled independently) with user-set arm length and width.
• Corner-Edge Holes: Automatically adds a hole at the corner edge when the matching cut-out is disabled.
• Edge Cut-outs: customizable cut-outs on all four edges (left, right, top, bottom):
  – Configure count, dimensions, spacing, and offset for each edge independently.
  – Selectable shapes: rectangle, rounded rectangle, or semicircle.
• Integrated Fan Grills:
  – Auto or manual layouts (1×1 to 3×3).
  – Any round size from 25 mm to 220 mm.
  – Twelve grill styles: none, square open, holes, grid, hexagon, slats, mesh, radial, crosshatch, honeycomb, dot, aperture.
  – Separate controls for hole diameter, line width, and inter-fan spacing.
  – Fan Mounting Holes: Configurable hole shape, size, and center-to-center pitch for non-standard fans.
• Plate-Splitting Mode: Automatically tiles the model for small beds. Adds puzzle, dovetail, or alignment-pin connectors.
  – Render a single tile or a spaced preview of all tiles.
  – Connector count, size, and type are user-set.
• Display Options: Center the model on the build plate or place at origin.
