This is a fine adjustment for the parallel guide / rip fence of the Festool CSC SYS 50 table saw. Based on the model from teslapunk, I would call this a further development.

The base is inserted into the groove rail on the side of the fence and locked in place with the lever via a self-locking eccentric nut. Fine adjustment is carried out using an M5 knurled screw (max. 20 mm). As a holder for the screw, I have prepared interchangeable attachments for a suitable M5 nut or an M5 fusion sleeve.

Required accessories:

• M5 Knurled Screw (max. 20 mm)
• alternatively: Printed metric Knobs, i.e this or this
• M5 Round Threaded Brass Heat-Insert Nut (max. 10 mm)
• alternatively: M5 Hex Nut

The model should be printable on all Bambus due to its size. I printed it in PLA, as there is no heavy load here, but all other materials are also suitable, of course.

Text adjustment / print without AMS:

If you feel the need to change the text, tweak the text settings or remove it altogether, so you can print without an AMS, then you may do so in the slicersettings in Bambu Studio. Just switch from “Global” to "Objects" - as seen in the screenshot - and edit or remove the Text to your liking. Here you can also alternate the colors for the different parts.

Das ist eine Feinjustierung für den Parallelanschlag der Festool CSC SYS 50 Tischkreissäge.

In Anlehnung an das Modell von teslapunk würde ich das eine Weiterentwicklung nennen.

Die Basis wird in die Nutschiene seitlich des Anschlags eingesetzt und mit dem Hebel über eine selbsthemmende exzentrische Mutter arretiert. Die Feineinstellung erfolgt mittels einer M5 Rändelschraube (max. 20mm). Als Aufnahme für die Schraube habe ich wechselbare Aufsätze für eine passende M5 Mutter oder eine M5 Einschmelzmuffe vorbereitet.

Benötigtes Zubehör:

• M5 Rändelschraube (max. 20mm)
• alternativ: gedruckte metrische Griffe, z.B. diese or diese
• M5 Einschmelzmuffe (max. 10mm)
• alternativ: M5 Hex Mutter

Das Modell ist sollte mit seiner Größe auf allen Bambus druckbar sein. Ich habe in PLA gedruckt, da hier keine große Last auftritt, alle anderen Materialien gehen natürlich auch.
