Eight matchbox-sized cells on one plate. The boxes with lids are swappable. The plates are stackable. Four tiers hold together securely, and perhaps more. Each box has a recess for a label/sticker with a size of 15x30mm, which can be printed on a cheap printer like Niimbot.
Print optimized for the A1 mini, without supports.
 

I advise against changing the scale, as it may make the model impossible to assemble or use.
I used PLA for this project. The lid is made from translucent PLA (though it is not very transparent).
