Introducing the Razorback Utility Knife! This knife is designed to use 18mm utility knife blades and ¼ inch hex bits.

 Warning! Utility knife blades are sharp and can cause serious injury, if handled incorrectly. Use caution when assembling and using this knife!

This project was designed from the ground up to be easy to print, assemble, and use. However it has small parts with tight tolerances so I would recommend that you have your settings dialed in and print a test part to fit check before printing the whole thing. You can print everything on one plate. The only parts that need support are the blade holders. I would recommend using support interface material for clean overhangs. In all my testing, PETG on PLA worked great. For assembly you will need five 5mm self tapping screws, one 8x8x4 brass bushing, one M3 10mm machined shoulder screw and nut, five 6x2mm round magnets, and a pen spring. You will have to brake one section off the blade so that it fits.

Note:

       I have added a profile with a 3d printed peg to replace the brass bushing, M3 bolt, and lock nut for the original design. The holes in the handle have been made larger to accommodate this. The rest of the design is identical. The main idea behind this was to reduce the hardware needed to assemble this knife. In all my testing there have been no issues, but the original design will probably be more durable in the long run. You can let me know which profile you prefer in the comments.
