It’s just a push stick, but it’s one I reach for all the time. I’ve used a wooden version of this design in my shop for years, so I made a 3D‑printed version for convenience. It’s double‑sided, so when one edge gets chewed up by the blade you can flip it over and keep going. The notched heel grabs the workpiece really well and doesn’t slip easily in my experience. The holes help cut down on filament use and also give you an easy way to hang it up when you’re done. Simple, practical, and handy to have around the saw.
The design is done in inches since I used my previous model from my wood push sticks. (Sorry)
Settings and Filament
Infill: 50% seems to work well after it gets chewed up a few times.
Filament: While PLA works and is what I printed this one in, I would suggest PETG or something else that isn't quite as brittle.
