Building on the amazing work by Tito, I updated their Equal Space Divider with some higher tolerances, and made the spacer pins almost perfectly flush with the bars - the rest can be fixed very fast with some sand paper.

I also tried giving a little chamfer to the O-pins to allow for easier pressing
I used a set of Groove Pliers to press the pins together, as they can make a flush press.

The pins are now on their own plate, and placed so it's very obvious which pins are the long ones, and which ones are the short ones (hint, for the default, you need 6 short pins and 10 long pins, each pin contains an I and and O pin).

The short pins goes in the CENTER of the divider, and the long pins goes along the TOP and BOTTOM

With the print settings I've used, they lock together permanently, and will NOT come apart unless you actively break them.

I've made seperate plates for each of the elements (pins, pointers, long bars, short bars) as I had some issues with the print when I did everything at once.

I've also added an extra plate, that contains everything needed if you want more than 5 pointers, just print a plate for each extra pointer you want (for each extension, you need 1 short and 2 long pins, these are also on the plate).

You should use the original Assembly guide for this, just be aware that the O-pins will NOT be flush with the upper parts, but they will fit together extremely well.
