🛠️ How to Customize (OpenSCAD)

Download the .scad file to access the Customizer. You can tweak these specific settings:

• Outer_Diameter & Total_Height: Change the overall size of the box.

   

   

• Clearance: The default is 0.2mm. Increase this if your printer has lower tolerances or if the fit is too tight.

   

   

• Snap_Depth: Controls how deep the lid inserts into the base.

   

   

• Add_Thumb_Notch: Set to true or false to toggle the opening helper.

   

   

🖨️ Print Settings

• Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS (PETG is great for the snap flex).
• Supports: No supports required. The snap geometry is designed with a profile that prints cleanly on most printers.
• Orientation: Both parts print flat on the bed. The file automatically spaces the Lid and Base for easy printing.
