This is a remix of the Infinite Wine Rack designed specifically to solve a space problem I ran into when trying to store bottles inside a small drinks fridge.

The original design works extremely well at standard sizes, but the default 2×2 layout was simply too large for the tight internal dimensions of my fridge. Rather than scaling the whole rack down and compromising bottle support, I designed additional attachment parts that allow for more compact configurations while maintaining the strength and modular nature of the original system.

Why I Made This Remix

Small bar fridges and drinks fridges often have very limited usable depth and width. I wanted a way to:

• Chill a few bottles at a time
• Keep bottles secure and horizontal
• Avoid wasting space with oversized modules

This remix focuses on reducing footprint first, with layouts that make better use of narrow shelves and corners.

What’s Changed

• Additional attachment parts to enable tighter layouts
• Optimised for compact builds where space is critical
• Supports smaller configurations that weren’t practical with the default parts

Best Use Cases

• 1×2 / 2×1 / 2×2 layouts – biggest improvement and space savings
• 2×3 and 3×4 layouts – still benefit, but with diminishing returns as size increases

For larger racks, the original design remains excellent. This remix is most useful where every millimetre matters, such as countertop fridges, under-bench drink fridges, or wine chillers.
