I recreated the shell for the Benincà HAPPY remote control to provide a sturdy and functional replacement solution.

⏳ Why this model? Over time and with daily use, it can happen that the anchor of the original plastic buttons breaks. When this occurs, the buttons come out of their housing, shift out of alignment, and may fail to press the internal micro-switch on the electronic board correctly. ❌

✅ The Solution: I redesigned the shell and buttons, optimizing tolerances and reinforcing the structure. With this design, the buttons stay properly aligned, ensuring that every press activates the command precisely. 🎯

📦 What you can print: The design is modular and fits the original electronics perfectly:

🆕 Full Case: To completely renew a remote with broken plastics.

🔘 Buttons Only: If your shell is fine but the original button anchors are broken (or you lost the buttons), just print my buttons: they are compatible and restore proper functionality.

🧵 Recommended Materials:

• PLA: Good for testing the fit or strictly indoor use. Easy to print.
  • ⚠️ Warning: PLA can deform inside a hot car during summer.
• PETG: Highly Recommended. The best balance between ease of printing and durability. It offers better heat resistance and impact strength than PLA.
• ASA / ABS: The Pro Choice. Excellent resistance to heat (up to 90°C+) and UV light. Ideal if you keep the remote in your car dashboard or exposed to the sun.
