Assembly & Mounting

1. Print both parts: The Base (Backplate) and the Main Cover.
2. Install Base: Screw the backplate to your wall using countersunk screws.
3. Wiring: Pass your cable through the bottom channel and wire your switch.
4. Final Assembly: Slide the Main Cover over the Base 

Printing Recommendations

• Material: PETG or ASA is highly recommended for Van/Car interiors to withstand summer heat and UV rays. PLA may warp in a hot vehicle.

• Supports: Minimal supports required.

   

UPDATE:

• New Deep Base Options: Added two taller base versions (28mm and 38mm height) to provide extra room for wire management and larger connectors.
• USB Charging Module Top: A new lid version is now available with a circular cutout specifically designed for standard 12V/24V USB modules.
• Recommendation: I highly recommend using the 38mm base when installing the USB module to ensure you have enough clearance for the rear terminals and wiring.
