Design and generate custom ToolGrid drawer organizer boards for any drawer size. The model automatically sizes and arranges boards to fit your drawer and printer, adds interlocking connectors for multi-board assemblies, and allows manual customization of board dimensions and connector configurations for a fully modular storage system.

What’s New

• Auto-fit drawer layout – Enter your drawer’s interior dimensions (inches or millimeters) and select your printer. The model automatically calculates the optimal board layout and sizes each board to fit your printer’s build volume.
• Single-board generation – Generate and download one board at a time for large drawer layouts. This keeps generation fast and compatible with MakerWorld’s Customizer.
• Manual mode – Create a single board of any size by specifying the number of rows and columns.
• Automatic edge connectors – Auto-fit mode automatically assigns connector orientation so boards assemble correctly while keeping the outer perimeter clean.
• Manual connector selection – In Manual mode, independently configure each edge as Male, Female, or None for complete control.
• Evenly spaced connectors – Connector pins are distributed symmetrically along each edge. The connector count scales automatically with board size or can be specified manually.
• Board identification labels – Auto-fit boards are labeled on the underside (for example, C2 R3) to simplify assembly.
• Printer presets – Build volume is automatically configured for supported Bambu Lab printers or can be entered manually using the Custom printer option.
• Optimized for PMM – Designed specifically for reliable browser-based customization and fast generation.

Included Models

Single Board (Recommended for PMM)

• Auto-fit mode generates one board from the calculated drawer layout.
• Manual mode generates a single board with user-defined dimensions.
• Supports STL and single-plate 3MF downloads.

Whole Drawer (Multi-Plate)

• Generates every board for the drawer in a single multi-plate 3MF for Bambu Studio.
• Intended for local use in OpenSCAD due to MakerWorld processing limits.
• MakerWorld does not export STL from multi-plate models.
