Printing and Assembly

• Back and side panel assembly (4U)
  • Print plates 1 and 2
  • Preferred method: M3 screws and 4mm diameter threaded heat inserts
  • Alternative methods:
    • 12mm M3 machine screws with M3 nuts
    • Coarse screws
    • Super glue
• 8U+ assembly notes
  • Print plate 3
  • Print plates 1 and 2 for each 4U section
  • Assemble as normal but use the half sized back plates as an offset to allow connecting each 4U section
  • Use clips from plate 3 to reinforce the connection between each 4U section
• Door assembly notes
  • Print plate 4 for each 4U section
  • 4 clips are included which clip in to the door
  • Once assembled, door can be clipped onto the cable management assembly
  • Door can be unclipped on either side, opening left or right
