Das Makers World Projekt verfolgt das Ziel, eine strukturierte und technisch durchdachte Lösung zur Präsentation und Organisation von Filament Materialien im Bereich des 3D-Drucks zu schaffen. Im Zentrum steht das PLA Basic Material von Bambu Lab, das durch seine hohe Benutzerfreundlichkeit und Druckqualität eine weit verbreitete Wahl unter Makern und professionellen Anwendern darstellt. Um die Eigenschaften dieses Materials anschaulich und praxisnah darzustellen, wurde ein Präsentationssystem entwickelt, das aus drei Hauptkomponenten besteht:

Mehrere Druckplatten für Filament Muster aus PLA-Basic

Die Druckplatte für Filament Mmuster dient als Trägerfläche für kleine, standardisierte Musterstücke des PLA Basic Materials. Diese Musterstücke sind repräsentativ für die jeweiligen Farben und Oberflächenstrukturen des Filaments und ermöglichen Anwendern eine direkte haptische und visuelle Beurteilung.

Druckplatte zur Lagerung und Präsentation von Filament Rollen im Regal

Die Rollenhalter sind für die Filament Rollen von Bambu Lab designt. Sie ermöglicht die geordnete Lagerung im Regal und sorgt gleichzeitig für eine ansprechende Präsentation.

Schildständern zur eindeutigen Kennzeichnung der Muster

Die Schildständer sind passenden zu den Filament Muster erstellt worden. Dies können vor die Filamentrollenhalter gestellt oder auch geklebt werden, so das man das Muster direkt vor die Rolle stellen kann.

Dieses System ist modular aufgebaut und ermöglicht sowohl die funktionale Organisation als auch die ästhetische Präsentation von Filamenten. Multiple print plates for PLA Basic filament samples

The print plate for filament samples serves as a support surface for small, standardized samples of the PLA Basic material. These samples are representative of the filament's various colors and surface textures, allowing users to directly assess them tactilely and visually.

Print plate for storing and displaying filament spools on shelves

The spool holders are designed for Bambu Lab's filament spools. They enable organized storage on shelves while simultaneously providing an attractive presentation.

Label stands for clear pattern identification

The label stands are designed to match the filament patterns. They can be placed in front of the filament spool holders or glued on, allowing the pattern to be positioned directly in front of the spool.
