Print the core in a more malleable material such as PETG or a high hardness TPU, as it will need to deform slightly to grip the tang of the file (I used PETG). Print the core with a large layer height, so that the layer lines will create ridges that better grip the tang of the file. The rest of the handle can be printed in more or less whatever material you want.
